Development of Animal Model for Translational Research

Research Interest

  • Pharmacokinetics studies of various drugs on different animals by using HPLC Analysis.
  • Estimation of heavy metals in biological samples by using Atomic Absorption Spectrometer (AAS). 
  • Toxicodynamic studies of various metals on smooth muscle using organ bath and Data Acquisition System (DAS) based poly physiograph. 
  • Breeding and maintenance of the Animal House facility according to CPCSEA Guidelines, Maintenance of the Immune-compromised Animal Facility and their experimentation.
